Production Leader (H/F) – Supply

In POLAND PRODUCTION Team:

SUPPLY

I prepare each season for products under my responsibility with the project team and my suppliers.

I put in place a complete, accurate and up-to-date referencing in our supply chain system.

I control the cost breakdowns of my products and work on cost optimization.

I build the production planning and evaluate component needs.

I manage the orders of my catalog and guarantee the delivery on time as well as the availability in the stores.

I manage my suppliers to make them proactive and effective in their daily management.

I am creative and propose new supply or transport management solutions.

PURCHASE

In collaboration with strategic buyers, I deploy the purchasing policy in my area.

On a daily basis, I manage the relationship with the supplier at the best cost / price / quality and the supply performance.

I build lasting relationships with our industrial partners and manage procurement activities to develop the panel of future suppliers.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT

I support and manage the continuous improvement efforts of suppliers in my field: I know how to evaluate the industrial performance indicators in the field.

With the factory teams, I build and support the development plan.
